It is not a human, doctor, dermatologist or licensed professional. It provides general skincare education only and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about medical concerns. In an emergency, call 911.
Dermatologist suggestions come from public sources and ratings. They are not endorsements or referrals for compensation. We receive no payment from any practice. Verify credentials and insurance yourself.
Mirror gives automated cosmetic observations from a photo. It is not a medical diagnosis and can be wrong. Photos are processed in memory and not stored. You must be 18 or older and use only your own photo.
You must be at least 16 years old.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. To cancel, email [email protected] from your purchase email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Voice minutes are capped per plan; unused monthly minutes do not roll over. Top-up minutes do not expire. Chat is capped at 200 messages per month and Mirror skin checks at 5 per month (Glow and Glow Annual) or 15 (Radiance); unused allowances do not roll over. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds: contact us within 7 days of a charge if the service did not work for you.
Voice and text conversations are transcribed and stored to provide the service. By starting a conversation you consent to this.
Results from skincare vary. We make no promise of any specific outcome. Patch-test new products and stop if irritation occurs. The service is provided "as is," and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
